This personal development plan was done by me to help improve and boost individual work performance in a continuous development process which is to enable readers utilize their hidden skills in order to achieve strategic goals in an organization. Here, the journey is aimed at looking back and forward in a progressive inward reflection of their capabilities which may focus on a comprehensive individual experience. These benefits are the steps taken in my line of career that helps to identify a strategic need in the completion of a development plan work. However, a further development plan is needed in other to achieve smart goals.
